Pastors’ teachings and extensive discussions on tithes are blatant lies; they all know they are deceitful.

They frequently depend on their cleverness to manipulate people’s emotions.

Many of them have also written:

• Cunning trickery tomes.
• Childishly misleading YouTube videos.
• And misleading financial campaigns on cable channels.

Similarly, they are likely to go to hell for using the Lord’s words to enrich themselves. Trust me, even though they do not care about facing eternal doom as long as they have zero figures in their bank accounts.

Here is how to benefit from what God says about financial prosperity:

1. God despises deceit; do the pastors flatter you?
2. He did not request that you tithe money.
3. Do you follow God’s commandments regarding offerings?
4. Dear brethren, tithes should consist of agricultural products and wine if you are keen to pay them.

If you are not a farmer, please provide only the offering.

Christianity and Judaism are distinct faiths. Ask your pastor to construct a warehouse for your tithes. Remember what the Lord told the Jews:

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse so that there may be food in my house” (Malachi 3:10). That is the command, not to bring cash. Therefore, what God says about financial prosperity and how it can benefit us is what we need for our story to change.

To tithe: Set aside one-tenth of your produce, for example

• Maize, cassava, wheat, olive oil, rubber,
• Sesame, sorghum, gum-Arabic, cashews, tomatoes
• And wine for the church workers to ensure a steady supply in the church storehouse.

Furthermore, no pastor seeking tithes will ever speak the truth. Besides, they do not speak for the Lord on the matter.

Pastors are more interested in lining their pockets and bank accounts with selfish desires rather than encouraging you to obey God’s commandments. For if you obey the Lord, you will prosper. King Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established.

Furthermore, after making your cash contribution, let pastors discuss tithes until the spit has dried in their mouths.

• Avoid feeling concerned.
• Do not tithe every coin that falls into your hands, as they say.
• God requires the Jews to tithe on their agricultural produce.
• Contributing money during the church offering is God’s will.
• Fulfil God’s will. Follow what He commands.

Adhere to what God says regarding financial prosperity.

After all, it was not an oversight that Jesus did not ask us Christians to bring tithes, despite the frequently misquoted verses in Matthew 23:23 and Luke 4:42.

Another point is that the two verses mentioned above relate to almsgiving. For instance, He requested money as an offering, rather than tithes. Nevertheless, everything the Lord says or does is a memorial to hold onto and recall.

Each individual who crosses over to those already counted must give: According to the sanctuary shekel, a half shekel weighs twenty gerahs. (Exodus 30:13) This half shekel is an offering to the Lord.

It is equally important to remember that this path leads to prosperity. Therefore, adhere to his guidance to remain blessed.

Pentecostal ministers operate private enterprise churches.

As far as we know, Pentecostal ministers manage their churches with tithes simply because they view them as private property. They ought to recognise that God’s tithes are sacred, but they must not abuse God’s intention of instituting tithing. This is why there are often controversies regarding Pentecostal tithes and offerings within the church tradition.

Pentecostal churches have effectively turned the collection of tithes into a business venture that mainly benefits the pastors. Although these pastors seldom contribute, they grasp a fundamental principle: clergy should generally give freely if it serves the propaganda purposes of promoting their church.

Naturally, if a pastor needs money, he asks for donations to the church. However, if a church member needs money, the same pastor advises them to pray to God, as if they do not know how to pray to the Almighty Jehovah.

Nevertheless, while you consistently offer your 10% widow’s mite, which the honey-tongued pastors request you to provide to receive God’s blessings and attain wealth, they transport your tithes in bullion vans to the banks after each service. 

They then claim to have become good Samaritans and showcase their success as models of being good tithers, blessed by God to emulate, which is a fallacy.

I made the same mistake for years. Do not be deceived, God’s children. Tithes are serious and sacred to God. Therefore, there should be no reason for any abuse by Pentecostal ministers regarding the controversial Pentecostal tithes and offerings.

Now, read your Bible thoroughly! And never do anything that is not in the Bible. According to the Bible,

“One who oppresses the poor to increase his wealth, and one who gives gifts to the rich—both come to poverty (Proverbs 22:16).” So why do you embrace your poverty by giving tithes to your pastor?

Controversies surrounding Pentecostal tithes and offerings.

It’s no wonder you stay poor when the Bible prohibits you from giving to the wealthy.

1. Did you hear that? I didn’t write it.
2. Paying tithes is a misuse of your hard-earned money.

Because you attend church and pay your tithes, you feel satisfied that you have given your widow’s mites. But is that truly the case? God is, I AM WHO I AM. He is the truth and desires for you to know it.

You require correction!

1. The widow’s mite is not tithing.
2. It is a bountiful offering amidst scarcity.

Presenting an offering is both required and essential. God asks everyone to do this to atone for their lives. Therefore, God will not enrich you simply because you tithe, especially when you are aware of the truth regarding Pentecostal Ministers scamming and the controversial nature of Pentecostal tithes and offerings. He will favour you only if you obey His commands regarding provision.

Remember that church goes to nobody; human beings go to church. Therefore, please give an offering to the following:

• Church
• the poor
• orphans
• fatherless
• And widows.

He is a God of principle. He will ultimately lead men to give into your laps. Tithe no more; begin doing it correctly. Otherwise, you will resemble the young boy who could not differentiate between honour and respect for his parents.

The Lord says, “Honour your father and your mother so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.” He does not ask you to accept everything that the pastors say.

Parents can deliberately mislead or jeopardise your life, especially if they are involved in witchcraft.

If you truly love me, you will obey my commandments.

Even so, God still desires you to honour them. This requires wisdom. Understanding what to do to have heaven acknowledge that you have obeyed God is the key.

1. Let them name your newborns.
2. Look after them well in their old age.
3. Regardless of the circumstances, ensure they are buried properly.

“Will a mere mortal rob God?” asks the Lord. “How?” The Lord responds:

• In offerings and tithes.

Test me on this:

• And observe whether I shall not open the floodgates of heaven.
• And bestow numerous blessings.
• That there will not be sufficient space to store it.

God was not speaking to Christians but to Israelites of a different sect, currently known as Judaism. Therefore, have no fear. We all know that many charlatans use the passage to cajole churchgoers. God did not create you with a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

If you cannot avoid tithing, then be strict in obeying our Lord; one can pay tithes in various ways through offerings. You may donate them to churches and non-profit organisations. Remember that you can help stop the many Pentecostal ministers and the controversial Pentecostal tithes and offerings. Furthermore, do not believe anything the pastor says about the consequences of ceasing to tithe.

First, let us examine the historical backdrop of how to receive the blessings of Abraham. God’s blessing was bestowed upon Abraham, as documented in Genesis 12:1-3: “The Lord had said to Abram, ‘Go from your country, your people, and your father’s household to the land I will show you.'”

I will make you into a great nation, 

1. And I will bless you;
2. I will make your name great,
3. And you will be a blessing.
4. I will bless those who bless you,
5. And whoever curses you, I will curse;
6. And all people on earth will be blessed through you.

No one will understand how to receive the blessings of Abraham simply by paying tithes. Primarily, God bestowed these blessings upon Abraham and made him very wealthy before he met Melchizedek, the king of Salem, as recorded in Genesis 13:1-2. Indeed, the blessing of Abraham finds its ultimate fulfilment in Jesus Christ, the “Seed” of Abraham (Galatians 3:16) and the Redeemer of the world.

However, people raise grievances daily regarding church tithes because they can no longer endure the lies they are told. Now, does tithing make you as wealthy as Abraham and Levi? Discover and share when you see anyone. Indeed, I haven’t seen anyone who has become a millionaire by paying tithes.

Moreover, the scripture tells us, “When Melchizedek encountered Abraham. Levi, who collects the tenth, was still in his ancestor’s loins. Hence, it proves that Aaron and his sons are priests, and priests do not collect tithes but the workers who are Levites.”

Didn’t they contain the tithe during Abraham’s lifetime? Instead, it was Levi, who was still unborn. That was how Levi paid tithes through Abraham.

Abraham wasn’t a Christian.

Furthermore, tithing is a relic of the Old Testament that fulfilled God’s immediate purpose for the Levites in an agrarian Israel. It began before Christ came to dwell with us on earth, and He did not extend the requirement of tithes to His followers, the Christians.

Therefore, enough of tithing! If you belong to Christ, not only that, but you are Abraham’s descendants, his promised heirs. Indeed, you can only become a billionaire through Christ, in whom are all the riches of God. Jesus paid it all for us on the cross.

Why pay tithes again, Christians? You want to know how to receive the blessings of Abraham , which the sweet-tongued pastor won’t tell you. Is that right? When Jesus has made everything perfect for all time, Christians are to remain holy.

Finally, Jesus paid your debt, including tithes, through one sacrifice. He granted us redemption through His blood and the forgiveness of sins. Consider the riches of God’s grace in Christ and become a recipient of them.

Those who claim to speak for God have willfully misrepresented the truth about tithing. Therefore, please refrain from giving tithes. Many who collect tithes today will face severe consequences in the afterlife. Do not help anyone in their descent into doom by paying tithes.

Before paying tithes, ask yourself and the pastors if tithing enriches anyone, as God assured Abraham and Levi. Otherwise, consider using your cash for better purposes than to enrich your pastors. Indeed, no one has benefited from it. For those who are called, cease if the Lord calls you to pastor His sheep. Otherwise, you are not being obedient to Him. Period!

God’s commands on offerings prosper us, not tithing.

God required the 10% from the Sadducees and Pharisees. Contribute your tenth to a clergyperson if you’re a Pharisee or a Sadducee. Otherwise, you are a Christian. In reality, the practice of Old Testament tithing is a key distinguishing feature of Pentecostal churches. Be cautious about these private-property Pentecostal churches.

He is the Lord; obey Him and enjoy the benefits of obedience. Jesus said, “If you give, you receive,” and that’s the law of nature. This is how to receive the blessings of Abraham.

Above all, you will receive a good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Will the measure you use be measured to you? (Luke 6:38)

The warehouse mentioned in Malach is where Jews brought grain and wine to the temples to store 10% of it. It has nothing to do with the Christian Church. Therefore, pay tithes if you’re of the Jewish set, for Levi paid tithes through Abraham. And Jesus Christ spent it all for us Christians.

Old things have passed away, brethren—Jesus and Christians represent the New Testament; let us obey the Lord’s teaching. Christians are believers in Jesus Christ. The Bible does not state that Jesus or his apostles instructed people to tithe to master how to receive the blessings of Abraham or to become wealthy.

Do not tithe; it’s not how to receive the blessings of Abraham.

Does tithing make you rich like Abraham? If not, you are a Christian unless you discover otherwise. Any minister who cannot run a church without tithes should consider other professions or seek the Lord.

If the Lord truly called you, His name is Jehovah Jireh. He will manage the Church for you. And if a pastor tells you that you are sinning by not tithing, tell him, “Christ took my infirmities and bore my diseases.”

So, you are blessed. Tithing does not enrich but rather fattens ministers. Being good Christians and obeying Christ are the keys to receiving the blessings of Abraham. He only tells you to give, as mentioned above.

In contrast, in the blink of an eye, one can count the millions of pastors, including quacks, who have amassed wealth by ceaselessly collecting tithes from churchgoers. Please remember this: It’s people who attend church, not the other way around.

So go to the church, worship, praise the Lord, and give an offering for the atonement of your life. And regularly ask yourself, does tithing make me rich like Abraham, or does it make me lose my income?

Please always inquire before tithing. Enough of tithing; we must always do God’s will. The Lord is God, and His name is Jesus. He will show us how to receive the blessings of Abraham if we obey what He says, not simply because we tithe, which Jesus did not command us to do.

Stop doing what I did not say, which justifies why you should not tithe.

The reason you should not tithe is closely related to why Jesus asked those who claimed to be His followers, “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?” (Luke 6:46). This question explores the principle that true Christian faith is demonstrated through obedience to God’s commandments and Jesus’ teachings, rather than merely through outward actions that people verbally proclaim.

It emphasises that Christians’ actions must align with the truth and that true discipleship involves following Jesus’s example and commands. Anything less is a sin and misleading. So why has a practice like tithing, which Jesus did not command, unfortunately, become the financial hallmark of some churches?

Moreover, 1) The Lord didn’t ask you to tithe as a Christian. 2) You must pay the appropriate parties – the Levites, not the pastors. 3) Even if you need to pay, use suitable farm products rather than cash.

The Bible emphasises that obedience is a key indicator of genuine faith. Those who claim to know God but do not obey His commandments or adhere to personal convictions, such as tithing, are not truly following Him. By addressing Jesus as “Lord,” you recognise His divine authority and role as the Messiah. This part of the verse emphasises the necessity of obedience to Jesus’ teachings.

Tithing is an Old Testament principle directed toward Jews, not Christians.

However, in the verse, Jesus challenges the sincerity of their acknowledgement, pointing out the inconsistency between their words and actions. Therefore, do not allow those who profit from the church tithes to lead you into sin against Christ through the gross disobedience of doing what He did not ask.

We must reconsider church tithing, as this post highlights the biblical perspective and practical reasons. You shall also truly tithe all the increase of your grain. Indeed, the field yields a yearly harvest (Deuteronomy 14:22).

Therefore, follow the Lord’s command if you are eager to pay or collect tithes.

1. Tithe to the church staff rather than the pastors. “I give the Levites all the tithes in Israel. As their inheritance in return for their work while serving at the (church) tent of meeting (Numbers 18:21).”
2. The church workers must give the Lord a tenth of their tithes. The Lord told Moses, “Speak to the Levites and say to them: ‘When you receive from the Israelites the Tithe I give you as your inheritance, you must present a tenth of that Tithe as the Lord’s offering (Numbers 18:25-26).”
3. Church workers must also tithe from grains and wine. Instead of the pastors (Aaron and his sons) collecting money and then giving it to the church staff as if they were doing them a favour, the staff must pay one-tenth to the pastors.

Also, you (Moses) were to consider the offering as grain from the threshing floor or juice from the winepress.

Jesus could have commanded it if He wanted us to give tithes.

In the cultural context of today’s church tithing, a disciple is expected to closely follow the teachings and example of their rabbi, both verbally and in action; however, the latter does not truly correspond. Jesus highlights the disconnect between verbal profession and actual practice.

The call to obedience is a recurring theme in Scripture, as evidenced in passages such as Matthew 7:21-23, where Jesus warns that not everyone who calls Him “Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only those who do the will of the Father.

It is not God’s will that Christians should tithe; instead, it was His will that Jews should tithe for the benefit of the Levites, who were not given land to farm. Hence, you should not tithe to any church.

In this way, you will also present an offering to the Lord. In addition, from all the tithes you receive from the Israelites, you must give the Lord’s portion to Aaron, the priest (Numbers 18:27-28).

• Lastly, the Tithe must be farm products and wine.
• The best parts go to the Lord.
• The church workers can eat the rest with their families.
• When you present the best part
• We will record it for you as the product of the threshing floor or the winepress (Numbers 18:30).

Undoubtedly, was that not clear? Tithes should categorically come only from the winepress and agriculture. Therefore, the notion that you ought to tithe every cent you get is a fallacy. More reason why you should not tithe cash or your income, right?

Engaging in actions that align with Jesus’ teachings is why you should not tithe.

Consequently, the key point now is to convince yourself why you should not tithe, because Jesus didn’t ask me to do it and to ignore the false doctrine about tithing motivated by the selfish interests of pastors.

This underscores the idea that true faith is demonstrated through actions that align with Jesus’ teachings. Doing what He did not ask you to do is tantamount to a wasted effort. Instead of paying tithes, consider finding a better use for the money. Basis for why you should not tithe

Finally, it’s time to stop believing in the tales of those who tithed and became affluent. Anyone hoping to become wealthy through tithing is simply a dreamer. Therefore, what matters now is why you should not tithe your hard-earned cash.

“From others,” Peter answered. “Then the children are exempt,” Jesus said to him. “But so that we may not offend, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch. Open its mouth, and you will find a four-drachma coin. Give it to them for my tax and yours (Matthew 17:26-27).” Can you see that money has existed on Earth since the Drawing of Time?

Contrariwise, Satan did not create money, as some charlatans assert. Besides, he can only kill, steal, and destroy. Peter obtained the four drachmas’ coin from inside a fish to pay tax, not from the devil.

Don’t fall for tithing; uncover the reasons why you should tithe.

Again, Abraham bowed down before the people of the land. He said to Ephron in their hearing, “Listen to me, if you will. I will pay the price of the field. Accept it from me so I can bury my dead there.”

Ephron answered: “Listen to me. My Lord, the land is worth four hundred shekels of silver. But what is that between you and me? Bury, you’re dead.” Abraham agreed to Ephron’s terms and weighed out the price he had named in the hearing of the Hittites: four hundred shekels of silver, according to the current merchant weight (Genesis 23:12-16).

When Jacob learned that grain existed in Egypt, he asked his sons, “Why do you keep looking at each other?” He continued, “I have heard that there is grain in Egypt. Go down there and buy some for us, so that we may live and not die (Genesis 42:1-2).” Regardless, we need to gain an understanding from the patriarchs who were friends of God.

That’s why you should not tithe. It shall lead you to discover the truth and the following blessings if you diligently adhere to Jesus’ commands and teachings. Understanding why Christians are not obligated to tithe also contributes to gaining wisdom. You’d do well to observe them strictly.
